WEBSITE SECURITY
Allstar ensures that your online purchase is safe and secure using Securi Website Security Solutions. If your browser indicates that your connection is not secure when you submit your order/request, please contact us immediately.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Allstar accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  Credit cards are charged at the time of order.

RETURN POLICY
You may return your stock item purchase for exchange or refund up to 30 days from date of invoice.  Prior to returning any items, please contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Proof of purchase from Allstar is required for all returns. All returned goods must be in original packaging and in new and sellable condition.

Custom and Special Order items are subject to the manufacturers return policy.  Some manufacturers require a re-stock fee for return which is deducted from your refund.

Freight must be prepaid on all returns.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
All special ordered items must be confirmed in writing (colors, lettering, and sizes must be carefully listed).  An order confirmation will be emailed to you.  Please review this email carefully to be sure it is correct!

SPECIAL PRICE QUOTES
Please contact our customer service for quotations on large orders or special products.  We will respond promptly with a written quotation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation on custom items is subject to manufacturers policies.  Most items cannot be cancelled after production has started.

SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted. Oversized items may need to be shipped via LTL. Overnight shipping is available when requested. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout or will be added to your quote.

SALES TAX
Sales tax, where applicable, will added to your order total.

FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTS
Fire Departments and Governments with an open account can place an online order with a Purchase Order Number.  Please contact our credit department with any questions.
